At Warm Roof Panels Ltd, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. So we have tried to make the process of ordering from us, as hassle free as possible, from enquiry, to installation.

Requesting A Quote
We offer completely free, no obligation quotes. If you would like to arrange a quote, you can do it in one of three simple ways.

We will come to your property and have a chat about your requirements. We will then carry out an assessment and take some measurements, so that we can talk you through the available options, answer any questions you may have, and you can decide which product(s) you would like a quote for.
Step 2
A Quote Consultation
What Will Happen At The Consultation
We Will - Be honest and transparent about our prices and timescales.
We Will - Give you all of the information that you need to be able to make an informed decision.
We Will - Only recommend products to you, that we genuinely believe are suitable for your requirements.
We Will - Keep our consultation as brief and to the point as possible (usually around 30 mins), but equally, we won't be rushing off immediately if you still have questions you'd like to ask.
We Won’t - Start off with a ridiculous price so we can give you made up discounts.
We Won’t - Give you mis-leading information or exaggerate claims.
We Won’t - Be pushy or try and upsell you products that you don't want or need.
We Won’t - Overstay our welcome.
We Won’t - Bombard you with texts, emails or follow up calls while you are considering our quote, or if you decide not to go ahead with the work.
What Won't Happen At The Consultation
Step 3
Quote Issued
A quote is then emailed to you for the options discussed, usually the same day as the consultation.
Should you decide to proceed with the quote, we will complete the relevant paperwork and confirm everything in writing.
Step 4
Quote Accepted

Site Survey
After the paperwork is completed we confirm your order via email and attach a step by step guide to what happens next. We arrange a full site survey to ascertain final manufacturing sizes ready for order.
After the order has been placed and a delivery date has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange your fitting date and look forward to seeing you again on installation.

Installation Date Scheduled

Installation
On the arranged installation date, the team will arrive in the morning, and are usually finished by the end of the same day.
The installation process involves 4 main stages:
Removal of Old Panels
First we carefully take off the roof bar caps and panel retainers.
Installation Stage 1
Installation Stage 2
Existing Panels Removed
The old glass or polycarbonate panels are carefully extracted.
Installation of New Panels
The new Warm Roof insulated panels are then fitted into place.
Installation Stage 3
Installation Stage 4
The Finishing Touches
Lastly we replace the roof bar caps and retainers.
